FAQ

Questions, answered plainly

Sizing, fabric, shipping, returns — and exactly what this demonstration storefront does with your data.

About this demo storefront

Is this a real shop?

No. This is a demonstration storefront built to show a complete shopping experience. The catalogue contains 18 demo products, the photography is licensed stock imagery, and all prices, stock levels and policies are illustrative. You can add pieces to a bag, adjust quantities, search, save a wishlist and complete a demo checkout end to end — but no payment is taken, no order reaches a merchant and nothing ships.

Where is my bag and wishlist stored?

In your browser, using localStorage. Nothing is sent to a server, tied to an account, or shared between browsers. Clearing site data clears your bag and wishlist.

Do you ever ask for card details?

No. The checkout has no payment step at all — not a disabled one, not a fake one. There is no payment provider connected to this build.

What happens when I place a demo order?

The order is validated in the browser, a reference such as TD-DEMO-XXXXX-XXXX is generated locally, and your bag is emptied. You get a confirmation screen explaining exactly what did and did not happen.

Where does the photography come from?

The imagery on this demonstration site is licensed stock photography used as stand-in representation for demo products. It does not show real TD Streetwear inventory. A production build would replace every image with photography of the actual garments.

Sizing

How do I choose a size?

Take a garment you own that fits well, lay it flat, and measure it across the chest, from shoulder to hem and across the waist at the narrowest point. Compare those numbers against the chart below. Because TD cuts oversized, most people size down one for a regular fit.

How does the fit work?

Tees and hoodies are cut oversized with a dropped shoulder and a body wider than the wearer. Crewnecks are regular to relaxed. Joggers taper to a ribbed cuff; the wide-leg sweatpant has no taper. Every product page states its own fit note.

Are the measurements body measurements or garment measurements?

Body measurements. Garments run 4–6cm larger than the body across the chest and 3–4cm larger at the waist.

What if I am between two sizes?

For an oversized fit, take the smaller size — it will still read as boxy. If you want it genuinely relaxed, take the larger one and expect the sleeve to sit past the wrist.

Fabric and care

What does gsm mean?

Grams per square metre — the weight of the fabric per unit of area. A 280gsm jersey feels substantial and holds a shape. A 320gsm loopback has visible depth on the inside. A 400gsm hoodie stands up on its own and takes longer to dry, which is the point.

Will anything shrink?

Everything is pre-shrunk and garment washed before it reaches you. Washing cold inside out and drying low keeps shrinkage to a minimum.

How do I wash a printed tee?

Inside out, cold, with like colours, and dry low. Do not iron directly on the print. Water-based ink sits on the surface and will flex with the fabric rather than crack — as long as you skip the dryer on high.

How should I store a hoodie?

Folded. Hanging a 400gsm hoodie on a narrow hanger for long periods puts the shoulder under tension and it will not fully recover.

Shipping and returns

Where do you ship?

The demo shipping options cover UAE, GCC and international. Rates and windows shown at checkout are illustrative configuration for this demonstration, not carrier quotes.

How long does delivery take?

Standard UAE is 2–4 working days, express UAE is next working day, GCC is 3–6 and international is 5–10. These are the demo figures shown throughout the storefront.

What is the returns process?

On a real order: 14 days from delivery, unworn with tags attached, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. See the returns page for the full policy and the cases we cannot accept.

Can I change my address after ordering?

On this demo, no — the confirmation is generated immediately. In a real store, contact support as quickly as possible and we will do what we can before dispatch.

Custom Studio

Can I put my own design on a TD garment?

Yes. The Custom Studio takes a design file, a garment, a colour, a size and a placement, then sends the request for review before anything is produced.

What resolution does my artwork need?

300 DPI at the final print size. For a 30 × 40cm print that is roughly 3500 × 4700 pixels. PNG with transparency gives the cleanest result; JPG and WEBP work for photographic artwork.

How long does a custom order take?

Review happens first, then production. Turnaround depends on the garment and the production queue — we confirm timing in the review reply rather than promising a date we cannot hold.
