Delivery options
Every option below is selectable at checkout. Free-shipping thresholds apply to the subtotal, before VAT.

Where we ship
United Arab Emirates
Next working day to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. Two to four working days to the remaining emirates.
GCC
Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Three to six working days with one customs stop.
International
Europe, UK, North America and the wider world. Five to ten working days, duties calculated on arrival.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders placed before 2pm GST on a working day are picked the same day. Everything else goes out on the next working day. A tracking link goes out by email as soon as the parcel is scanned.
- Tracking is sent to the email address used at checkout.
- Delivery windows are working days, excluding weekends and public holidays in the destination.
- If a parcel is delayed at customs, we email you rather than letting it sit silent.
Duties and taxes
UAE orders are quoted inclusive of VAT. International orders ship duties unpaid, so the recipient settles any import duty or tax on arrival. We do not collect duties at checkout.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, check with a neighbour and at the reception desk before contacting us — misdelivery is the most common cause. If it is genuinely missing, email support@tdstreetwear.com with the order reference and we will open a carrier investigation.
